She's really opened my eyes to the practice of meditation and so many of the benefits that go along with it. I felt so comfortable throughout the class and really appreciated that she was so open about her own personal experiences. By the time the class was over I felt so relaxed and I slept like a ROCK! Will definitely be attending future classes.

I attended a group mantra meditation class and she did a fantastic job of preparing us and giving us the tools we needed to get the most out of the experience. She also gave us a realistic idea of what we could expect and helped us make sense of anything we experienced. Highly, highly recommend her.
