(November 26, 2018, 2:17 pm)KFC has been the big dog for far too long. It began to rest on its laurels and stopped doing the things that made KFC the best fried chicken restaurant. Now we have competition, and KFC needs to step up their game.
What happened to the gravy? Gravy used to be something people would go to KFC just to buy to eat with their fries at home because it was special. Not in here anymore. It is devoid of flavour and has half the salt. We got a medium gravy so we could dip our chicken and fries and we threw about half in the garbage. What a waste right? Yeah, a waste of money spent. Lucky for me this location had a Taco Bell and that is not saying much.
