After we talked to Bell Loyalty there was some issues with our new plan and he spent a long time talking to Bell on the phone on our behalf trying to sort the problems and still being attentive to the other customers in-store. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

(June 7, 2017, 8:56 pm)Went to the bell store a few days ago since i had a accident with my phone and needed a new one. Sadly Samsung no longer makes the Note 5. So Taran helped me out putting me in a new Samsung S8+ which gave me the screen size and speed i wanted. with the early upgrade fee being quite high. she helped me by doing the trade in program with another old phone i had at home. On top of that got me a nice otterbox and extra cord. Ordered in the otterbox and told me would be next day. To my surprise she had everything a few hours later afterall. GREAT GREAT service offered by her and made this crappy situation very pleasant. thanks again and will def go see her again with the wife when her time comes. thanks again
