  Loved my experience at Sleep Country!! Denise was wonderful, because she was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She took the time to explain the different types of adjustable bed frames, mattresses and pillows. She had me lie on the beds until I found the mattress and pillow that worked for me.
  
  My husband came to the store about 45 min later than me. I figured he would get rushed information, because she already went through it with me, but he did not. Denise went through all the same stuff with him. She made sure we picked the beds/frames/pillows that were the right fit for us.
  
  We went in on Sunday, and it was busy. Denise was working alone, and she handled it perfectly. I could tell she enjoyed her job.

  The bed we bought is excellent and for the most part the service was good. But we bought pillows as well. Make sure they are what you want and don’t ever have them ordered in. We had 2 pillows we got at the time of buying the bed, love them. So went to buy 2 more. They had to order them in. Ug big mistake. They were to soft and the cooling gel doesn’t work. went to see if anything could be done , they sent me to 2 different stores telling me I needed to talk to the district manager. Who then they said was on holiday but that he would get ahold of me. Nope not a thing ,calling them back they sent me on another goose chase. Moral of the story don’t buy pillows from sleep country unless you have seen and made sure they are what you want and not defective. Especially because they cost a fortune!!!!

  I walked in to buy a bed and I tested out beds while the sales associate helped another customer. 20 minutes later, the associate came to check up on me and felt bad that they made me "wait" for service so in compensation they offered $100 off of the bed bought which was already on sale. Score! Delivery was arranged easily and delivered shortly thereafter without incident. To this day, love our bed and went back to a get another one for the guest room.
