I recently purchased a house built in 1978. During the house inspection, the inspector discovered asbestos in the attic and advised me to seek professional help. I am glad I contacted Wise Abatement. Jason and his crew worked tirelessly and efficiently and were able to clear my house of poisonous substance ahead of schedule. Reached out for an estimate and was given a detailed quote. Pricing was in line with other companies, but opted to go with Wise Abatement due to owner Jason’s responsiveness and overall professionalism. The fact that Wise was working on a large project for the RCMP further built confidence. During set up, the workings of a specialized HEPA vacuum system was explained. It was apparent the best tools and equipment were on hand to do the job. The team was organized and worked efficiently. Arturo, Benjamin, and Craig were standouts. And air quality monitoring reports confirmed asbestos was removed without contamination to other parts of the house.

Changes to our renovation plans meant more asbestos needed to be removed after the fact. Despite a hectic schedule, the team returned on 2 separate occasions to handle our smaller requests. On the last visit, a new tool was brought to bear that allowed us to have pot lights at a more reasonable cost compared to what other companies wanted to charge. Jason went above and beyond, ensuring cutouts were made cleanly and precisely.
