A rebuttal to comments regarding fire code, owner and Condo Board responsibilities and trespass. All are "misinterpreted" and even the review of JAS is incorrect as they had the Board's and Management's orders to do the work and were allowed entry. Readers should not take that review seriously. As I am sure it will be an accusation, no, I am not an employee, on the Board nor their manager, just way more knowledgeable.
We’ve been using JAS for our annual fire alarm inspection and Occasional electrical work for quite a few years now. Their office staff is quick to reply and always able to fit us in. Their technicians are polite and do their best to get the work done with minimum interruption to our work day. They know what they’re doing and are willing to work with us on our timeline to ensure the repairs get done in a timely manner, and always take the time to explain what’s required and why. Highly recommend them!
