I was locked out and have an unusual door situation (previous owner installed lock upside down, and it's a little tight) so it was a bit of a challenge. I was impressed with the perseverance and skill of the locksmith, and had a great conversation with him in the meantime.
If you are reading these reviews to figure out if this is one of those fly by night companies, rest assured, this guy was the real deal. Hopefully I won't need him anytime soon, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
