(December 20, 2016, 2:44 am)Fumi showed up within an hour of us calling, took care of a busted deadbolt and even fixed a problem with the door starting to sag. He fixed both problems quickly and at a lower cost we got quoted at other places for the deadbolt alone. Fumi is personable, professional and all around a stand up guy! We'll definitely be using his services in the future!

He was accomodating with schedules and on time each time that he came for work. His attention to detail was evident and the locks work perfectly. I highly recommend FMI Professional Locksmiths. -

If he says he will be there at a certain time he makes sure he is or he communicates with you to let you know when he will be there. His service was prompt, we at Face Forward OMS are very happy and satisfied with his work.

I had reached out to several other companies for quotes and not only was he first to respond (1 out of 3 never responded at all) he gave me a quick quote and quickly came to do the job. He worked on a Saturday which was convenient for me who works during the week. Great guy!!
