(May 19, 2022, 3:07 pm)My father has been a resident at SE for a little over a year and I have been pleased with the overall experience, both for my father and for the family. Having arrived in the throes of the pandemic, the transition for my father was very difficult; however, the staff of SE were very welcoming and accommodating and this made his settling in a lot easier. Recently I dealt with the Resident Service Manager, Sandra Forshaw to make arrangements for installation of an AC unit in my father's room and was very pleased with her help - arrangement were completed within the day. My thanks to all of the SE staff.

(June 30, 2021, 9:09 pm)My mother lived at Swan Evergreen Village for two years, and although she has passed, I cannot thank the staff enough (especially the beautiful Johnathon who touched my mother's heart). I cannot say enough about this wonderful home. I highly recommend Swan Evergreen Village to anyone considering moving your loved ones. Based on our experience, your loved ones will be taken care of and thrive in this environment.
