He first presented us with all of his licensing documentation, including being a member of the Better Business Bureau. He gave a thorough evaluation, quote and then projected timeline for completion. We had a basement repair, and he did an incredible job re-insulating to ensure there would be no drafts and was very proactive as far as his recommendations. His work is flawless, and he takes great pride in his skillset. He is very kind, personable, and easy to communicate with. For this reason, I recommended Mike as the on-site handyman/general contractor for a 33-unit townhouse unit. He was available to tend to the exterior needs of the common area property, did walkabouts with the Board and pointed out areas that needed attention. He also was contacted by various unit owners to do interior renovations and repairs. Thanks, Mike, for your integrity and quality craftsmanship!
