They have a ton of new iron each year, most people become friends quickly. Most Forman are great to work with, do their best to see you succeed in the field as well. Management is willing to listen to any concerns that come up as well. A old school company with new school ideas that seems to work out very well. Work hard and you’ll move up quickly.

There are few companies, if any, that can tackle the scope of work that Wilco can accomplish. Senior management really cares about employees, does whatever possible to look after their staff, and gives room for career growth/development. Great place to work. If you are looking to apply for a job in the construction industry look no farther.
