The broker who worked with me, Kent Miles, did everything possible to get my new property insurance sorted out as quickly as possible, while also doing a tremendous job of explaining the ins and out of the process and the policy itself. I am very grateful for his wonderful customer service.

For the better part of ten years I have been with Alpine and had Krisinda Murray as my agent. Having a very small policy I was treated like a corporate client with numerous policies. Krisinda cared about me personally, she would ask about my kids and how work was going etc. I wasn’t just a number or a very small policy to Krisinda and Alpine. By taking the time to know me and care, I felt like a person and not someone who only contributes to a bottom line! Thanks Krisinda

In the end, even though I couldn't stay with Alpine and Intact, Jonathan helped me to exit without any hassle. If I could get a competitive premium next year, I will definitely come back.
