I was referred to her by my friend who she helped a while ago, after my friend saw how frustrated I was with no direct answers from other specialists. Alia created a report that explained every single value. She listened how we wanted to divide the matrimonial property and crunched the numbers! We did not realize the real value of our business until Alia involved a Business Evaluator!
Added value that is a part of settlement my ex and I agreed to place life insurance and critical illness policies on each other. Alia have done it for us as well as she is a Certified Financial Planner.
Alia works with a Mortgage Specialist who helped us to remove my ex's name from the title of the house and qualify me for mortgage on my own. It was not easy, but I am a proud owner of the house!
