He knew the Calgary market well, gave helpful tips and suggestions for a quick sale and suggested a selling price that was on point. My place sold within 24 hours of listing at asking price. He also helped me navigate through the entire closing process and was available to chat everytime I needed. I would highly recommend Kevin for all your real estate needs.

Kevin fully understands the housing markets – previous, current, and is up to speed on where the market is heading. We were looking at homes for about a year and Kevin was great throughout the process. He would talk through the pros and cons of each home ensuring we found the right fit at the right price. We never felt pressured into anything. When we finally found the place that was perfect for us Kevin put together a winning strategy to get us the house at good terms in a bidding war.
When it came time to sell our old place Kevin gave us some great tips to make the house shine. We ended up getting 99% of list and sold within a few days on market.
