Charmaine was very patient with us during the whole search, offer submission, inspection & negotiation, lawyer, closing processes and after sale support in case of issues after words. She was knowledgeable and offers expert guidance from DAY 1. We felt really thrilled working with her throughout, which was essential since we had no clue about the pricing and housing market at all. She helped us find the right property, avoid a costly bidding war, and getting us the best deal possible. Though she is located in Calgary, she knows the Canmore market well. On our first home walk through she presented us with data on other similar homes without asking for it to such details as how much per sq. ft. per unit.
She led us through the process of an offer, counter offer advice and handing us the keys to our new home. Charmaine is without a doubt a key person you want to have on your side when purchasing a home. Many thanks go to her.
