Not pushy on products. Clear (steering) signals for driving in and out of the shop. Friendly and professional young men. Great team at Drayton Valley Lube City!

(September 18, 2023, 4:11 pm)It was a very positive experience. Customer service was a priority and i appreciate that since i dont know a lot about vehicles. They did a thorough and surprisingly speedy job on my van (and it has issues, lol). The only thing i felt was lacking was an explanation of the inspection and possible repairs that i should strongly consider making.

Not only did they do a quick, great job on my oil change, but they also helped me switch a couple bulbs that I couldn't access unless I took it to a shop! These guys know what they're doing and saved me a ton of money. I will definitely be a regular customer there! The prices are totally reasonable, and they're super good at what they do! Thanks again!!
