I’m not usually a big fan of going through the motions with dealerships - but he truly went above & beyond to say the least! He made sure to get me *exactly* what I was looking for in a vehicle, took the time to show me all of the intricate vehicle specs & ultimately ensured that everything else was absolutely perfect / ready to rock n’roll.
The rest of the staff members went out of their way to introduce themselves & were overall incredibly courteous as well! I honestly left the dealership feeling really good about the entire experience - which is definitely how you want to feel after making such a big commitment. Aside from that, the overall impression we’ve been left with is a positive one!
I’m super duper happy with my new ride & will definitely be recommending the dealership / Charles to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks so much!

Back in December 2023, I brought my Jeep in to Coast for some help with my GPS not working. Jimmy, Storm and Charlie looked at it and helped with a solution, free of charge! They had great advice, friendly and sent me off, a Happy Customer! I would recommend Coast in a heartbeat!!! -

(December 16, 2023, 5:49 pm)I LOVED the friendliness of entire team. it didn't feel forced or "salesperson-y" it was like a big old coffee klatsch. which made me feel at ease. straight shooters and talked in lingo I could understand. and more technical with my hubby. JuJu picked me up to take me to the dealership and pick up Jackie O. ( thats her name) he was friendly and easy to talk to. 15/10 would recommend Coast Dodge in Drayton Valley.

They personalized my experience and as this was my first time buying a new car from a dealership, I could not rave about them enough. They made the process easy. I had a ton of questions and they were very responsive and got back to me right away. Thank you to Samantha in finance and Charles in Sales for all your help!
