Raph was very patient and responsive to all our requests, and always went the extra effort - as we were from outside the area he was quite willing to go see the property and WhatApps us so we could also view. We had a specific price range, and he was always respectiveful of our limitations. Positive, enthusiastic - we worked with him for over a year and got exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted.
