She has been very attentive and very open in sharing what she felt was necessary for me to do for my home to show well. She is very knowledgeable and helped me get through the whole selling piece as I did not know where to begin. She had answers to all my questions and if she didn’t, she found out in a very timely manner. She is very pleasant, professional and competent and got the job done in a very short time. She was always on hand to answer my questions and had endless patience for me while I was learning the ropes of buying a new home, and she would actively check in with me to make sure that the process was going smoothly. In a crazy market, Kathie was willing to take time out of her schedule even on weekends to prepare offers and ensure they were submitted in enough time to be considered. She found me something that completely met my needs and that was well within my budget, extremely happy with this experience and would recommend her in a second! Thanks Kathie!

Right away, we were able to tell how much effort and passion Kathie puts into her work. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond for them! She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. From describing the different neighbourhoods in Canmore to giving recommendations for lawyers, mortgage brokers, and service providers, Kathie had so much insight to offer. Due to COVID-19, we bought our first home fully remote! Kathie took us on video tours and even walked around the neighbourhood a bit so we could get a feel of what it was like. We cannot say enough good things about Kathie and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for their dream home in Canmore/Bow Valley!
