(May 15, 2023, 5:54 pm)Overall a very good experience at Platinum Suites Resort. The suites are spacious and comfortable with everything you would hope for. The views are stunning (if you get one), and it is a relatively short walk into Canmore.
The cleaning staff is great, but other than that, there is no service at PSR. No desk attendants are on site, so if there is an issue, you need to call a service number. Not the end of the world, but I arrived after the rest of the family had checked in and got stranded at the front door briefly.
We would definitely return in the future. -

Nice layout and great pool and hot pools. -

(February 24, 2022, 4:03 pm)Great Facilities & location. Its quiet but close to town. The rooms are spacious and perfect for groups. However, the fireplace stopped working and there was no communication from management. The pool and hot tubs are also very busy at all times.
