(June 13, 2023, 12:53 pm)As an Ironman Athlete and Ultra Runner my body takes its toll too. The volume of training can be 15-25 hours a week and I depend on a great team to help me stay injury free. Having a brilliant massage therapist is next level and super key to say the least. It’s not just a massage, it’s science and education backed up by explaining the anatomy and the mobility of what’s important. No one does it like Anne. She is the best all day long. I highly recommend her!!

For years her experienced hands and exercise recommendations have benefited my ability to play and live an active life with my aging body. I highly recommend Anne's massages.

(May 25, 2023, 8:55 pm)My wife and I have been seeing Anne since we moved to Canmore in 2009. My competitive swimming daughter is now, also, seeing Anne for recovery sessions. What's amazing about Anne is her ability to always remember past issues regarding your musculature and or trigger points that need to be worked on. Anne is friendly, kind and well spoken. It is a treat to see her.

(May 18, 2023, 12:08 am)Best massage therapist Ive found in the bow valley. I have a hard time finding therapists that can give a proper deep tissue massage but Anne never disappoints. Anne is very knowledgeable with sports injuries and always goes above and beyond to help me. If I have injuries she always gives me some exercises to do at home after the session. Highly recommended especially for people with sports injuries.
