He was kind enough to answer to my many questions during the inspection and what is even more important, he is kind enough to keep answering my questions/queries/emails and concerns even weeks/months after having finish his inspection of the house. He is always available and never makes you feel like you are wasting his time.

Bill went above and beyond to explain to us what he was doing, what any issues were and how we might consider going about fixing them.
