He took care of my basement legal suite conversions and overall home renovations, the results are excellent. We wanted a legal suite in our home. We had space for a nice 2 bedroom 1 bath suite with a great kitchen and island/living room. Also, we needed an separate exterior entrance into our basement. Our basement was unfinished.
Dustin was our favourite from the start. We did not like most of the people that came to see our basement - most felt very very greedy and their quotes reflected that. His quote gave good value and in the end we were very happy with the quality through out the basement. When we had the house appraised the appraiser was very impressed with the work.
This was a major project that took a few months but Dustin kept very organized and there was progress almost everyday. Dustin was great at communicating with us the schedule and what was next.
Would I recommend him? Yes, absolutely. If you want fair quotes with solid honest work then you need to try Dustin and his trades.
He also did a hot water tank for us at our rental and fixed an install of a hot water on demand unit at this house from a different plumber. Very happy with those jobs as well. -

Being from construction, my husband and I appreciate his honest approach and good workmanship. You can tell he like to do the job right. I highly recommend Built with pride construction. He was very personable and great at working with us to ensure our vision was met. The best part for us was that he knew all of the steps needed to get permits and to pass inspections so we didn't even have to think about it. We wanted to do some of the work ourselves and Dustin had no problem in adapting his plan to accommodate this and even gave us some tips and contacts to make this easier. We are very happy with our new basement suite and would definitely recommend Dustin and Built with Pride Construction!
