  I am a renter, my in laws knew him as a friend. so they hired him. they bought some shades that looked really nice. unfortunately they broke within the first six months. one came off the wall and hit me in the head. he said i abused them. and told me that they where not supposed to be opened and you can only adjust the shutters. this was a said after purchase not before. now it is pulling teeth to get him to honor his warranty. so if you are thinking about buying from him, please think about going somewhere else first.
