After reading reviews by others, I called Lee first about my gas stovetop igniters that were all clicking one morning when I got up. Lee offered a solution over the phone -- no charge! I told him that if I lit the back right burner then they quit clicking. Lee asked if I had anything boil over recently because moisture under the stove top will cause some kind of problem so the igniters are all trying to light. He said to use a hair dryer to blow warm air into the control knob holes so I did that and also around where the flame comes out. That was supposed to dry it out. Then I lit all four burners and left them on for about 3 - 5 minutes. Turned them all off and no clicking!!! I had asked Lee if he looked at his reviews and he said, "Naw, I don't look at that stuff." I told him his reviews were stellar so he might want to see all the good things that people are saying about him! I will definitely call Lee for my next appliance repair. Maybe he will even have to come to the house to fix it!!
Called other places and they were all booked out several days, but Lee was willing to come out same day while my son was home and diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator, will be calling him first next time with any other appliance issues, thanks Lee:)

Fast same day response. Used this company because of the troubleshooting reviews about him not charging for several who either couldn't be repaired or not worth repairing. He certainly charged us almost $100 to tell us it couldn't be fixed. Would I recommend? I'll have to think about that.
