(April 10, 2019, 7:06 pm)Although I cannot comment on using this facility to actually store my stuff, I can honestly say that the customer service I received from Warren Zellers, facility manager was incredible. It is rare today to get this type of customer service! Friendly, helpful and understanding. The rates were reasonable and our conversations and emails were easy and supportive. He always followed through and seemed to honestly care about being of service to me during my move. In the end I didn't make the move I had planned, but I felt so strongly about Warren's customer service that I wanted to encourage others to give Safe Storage Solutions a try.

Since I've been storing my boat there, Warren has checked in on me to ensure my satisfaction. The premises are clean, fully-functioning, and I feel confident leaving my boat stored there. Thanks Warren...it's been a pleasant experience!
