(July 30, 2019, 3:52 am)Great stores, bad company! Dont ever buy anything like altenators, starters, master/slave cylinders,.... Anything re-man. The qc is horrible. Their computer system is awful too. It took 15 minutes to get a 2.5" exhaust gasket because you need a vehicle to type in the system. Not the staffs fault!

(June 22, 2019, 2:46 pm)The staff at this parts store are so kind and Knowledgeable : I don’t live in this area and I was up here taking care of my daughters place while she was vacationing . my car broke down and they got me the right parts first time I had a few questions I got the serpentine belt on myself and the car is running again: I don’t know the young mans name that helped me at the counter either day I was there twice / I had to ask more questions :) : The guys that helped me at the counter need raises. If they didn’t know the answe they found someone ! It’s great to see such great customer service ! Nice respectful young men ! I think it’s the town also :) Thank you Ferndale and Orielys !
