(July 6, 2018, 1:17 am)Frankie is AMAZING!! He's done several pieces for me now, including 2 cover-ups. I always walk out with a better tattoo than I ever dreamed of. I've been to many artists over the years, but will not go to anyone else ever again- to the extent that I drive 140 miles round trip for Frankie's work. If I could give 10 stars I would!
