(January 19, 2019, 5:17 pm)I end up not really happy, about my experience, I came with a problem I can hear with one of my ears only 50%, dr. look at it, and said I don’t see any problems but , if anything gets for worse come back in two/ Three weeks, ( come back.? Just to waste $20 again..?) didn’t give me a prescription, and I spent less than five minutes at doctors office But I only waste my freaking 20 bucks co-pay it’sucks ...I’m not sure for what I pay money for

(February 9, 2018, 12:16 am)Changing my review based on meetings with office manager and doctor. They have assured me that while mistakes do happen, I happened to be affected disproportionately. I am cautiously optimistic that their concern is genuine and things will change. Once again I would like to emphasize that my relationship with my doctor is outstanding and I only had problems with procedures and appointment follow through. The fact I was allowed the opportunity to voice my concerns and taken seriously speaks volumes about this office's commitment to their patients.
