The clasp on my treasured necklace was broken. I wear it every day. I didn't purchase my necklace here, but they took care of fixing it for me. Price was reasonable. They even showed me options for the replacement clasp. I was very pleased with all aspects of the service provided.

I have been really impressed with Borthwick. I had an appraisal done here a few years back on a ring. They were happy to print up a few copies when I misplaced mine. I recently went in to try and sell my diamond and was offered a fair price. I'm considering trying to sell it on Ebay instead, and they actually offered me great advice in case I wanted to do that. I also want to replace the stone in my ring, and I got to try about 20 different options, including high-end and budget-friendly choices. I did not buy a thing! But they were so friendly anyway, I will definitely be back to get my stone replaced there. It's places like this that I prefer to give my business to.
