We needed to take care of law enforcement properties and could not wait as snow was continually accumulating and they needed service without delay. At 2:00AM IK Trucking team met us to diagnose the problem. We appreciate their prompt attention and willingness to be on call in the bitter cold and go above and beyond. (June 22, 2018, 1:39 am)I lost oil pressure in my semi, they came and towed me to there shop and immediately started working on the truck, ordered parts right away and have been very good at showing me all the progress everyday. I only wish there were more shops out there like Ivan and his team, they have made me feel so welcome and it didn't cost me a fortune.
