I had the pleasure of his friendship and company on many occasions and found him to be an absolute delight. A very intelligent man, who was passionate about his wife, children, grandchildren and medical practice. Dr. Gilson's life seemed to emulate everything but boring. He was an accomplished plane pilot, avid lover of trail horse riding in the Alpine and incredibly a fierce competitor in Florida waters with the "DEMON" a racing sailboat.
He will be greatly missed by all.
