Layer of Monterrey Jack inside the tortilla, rice and perfectly steamed cabbage, beans, sour cream, avocado, cilantro and your choice of meat or veggies. It's unbelievable and perfectly seasoned. The red and green salsas are different amd better than other trucks around. Always super friendly.
