Having previously worked in Healthcare I thought I could do it myself but was so happy that a friend referred me to them!

(April 26, 2019, 5:50 pm)They are so helpful and approachable. Their office is so welcoming with gorgeous plants and the employees are very kind. I was helped by Allison and she was just lovely. She is so knowledge and made the whole process very enjoyable. I highly recommend going in!

They take the time to listen to what my needs are and matching me with a plan. It was even super easy when I chose one plan but decided to go with a different one within the medicare enrollment window of time. This year I was able to do the entire process with Katie Morgan, my Vibrant agent, via email. I'm so glad Vibrant is here. I really can't imagine having to navigate all of this on my own.

I have worked with several different agents, and every one has been extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They have taken what seemed like a complex and overwhelming sea of choices and made it into a simple choice among a few relevant policies. They made it easy to compare apples to apples and make the right choice for me. Thank you for your excellent advice and help.
