His ethic, innovative thinking, diligence, "roll-up-your-sleeves and do the hard work" humility, follow up, attention to detail gave me confidence through an amazing transaction - he combed over every line of lease agreements, lender disclosures, title correspondence. I may not have even noticed the hours he put into the absolute certainty that the deal would go well for me if I didn't share the same office space that he does and hear him making phone call after phone call to ensure it.
As a first-time novice investor myself, he acted as consultant & educator, teaching me how to read and analyze so that I was ultimately the one making the decision using his skills, experience and expertise yet my own deductive reasoning. He answered every single question with knowledge and understanding.
As for the deal itself, in this incredibly competitive seller's market, he was able to negotiate 20K off original list price, have all home inspection items satisfied by the seller (but one), and even win a refund of $2,500 for me AFTER everything had been closed and the file sealed. Not a shred of buyer's remorse - how many people can say that!!
I have also observed him in a constant pursuit of a greater understanding of ways to serve clients creatively and with consummate knowledge. His pursuit of mastery, and the seriousness with which he takes his profession, puts in him in the top .01%.
He's the golden standard! You would be losing if you didn’t work with him. Thank you Haruichi!!!
