Spent every dime I had only to be treated like something you’d scrape off your shoe with my one and only neighbor. Fortunately I got hold of CCR documents and contacted Shawn Alexander on the advice of my family’s attorney. After 5 years of ducking my head to their violations Mr. Alexander stopped it dead in its tracks. Can’t thank this fine individual for doing what was right...and NEVER overcharged. The man still knows what’s right ...

He walked me through the steps I needed to take to make it happen, and drafted a Statutory Warranty Deed and Purchase and Sale Agreement for me. He also steered me away from a Quit Claim Deed, which I am really grateful for. He answered his phone when I first called him, and is very knowledgeable and willing to walk you through the details. Many lawyers can be patronizing and dismissive, but Shawn is the opposite and is an excellent person to work with.
