The entire process was very positive:
* I called for an estimate and Rudy looked at my house within a few days of my request and provided the most detailed estimate of the four estimates I received.
* Miriam, in the administrative office, responded very quickly to all of my emails and questions (of which there were many.) Most notably, she went way "over and above" to schedule our job in between our many dates when we were unavailable for installation.
* The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, and at the end of every single day, told us what time we could expect them the following day (and they showed up exactly when they said they would then, as well.)
* A roof installation, by it's very definition, is disruptive. However, they took much care to be as unobtrusive as possible. They didn't play loud music (I didn't hear any music at all), conversation was respectful and the daily clean up was remarkable.
* Most importantly, the roof looks fantastic, even on a more traditional home like mine.
* The entire crew worked hard, long days to finish in as little time as possible. We appreciate you, thank you!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this marvelous company. I learned that they also have a house painting division, so that is my next call, and I may not even shop around, I was so pleased with them. (It's very unusual for me, not to comparison-shop something to death...)
