(March 20, 2019, 1:28 am)I've been a loyal customer of Joe's Gardens for 20 years. It's the best place to find fresh vegetables and starts in Bellingham. Lately the customer service has been lacking. One older woman who is always working there has a bad attitude. Multiple times she has not allowed me to purchase starts because she said I "would kill them and want a refund". This is a totally unfounded claim and I am unfortunately considering buying starts elsewhere this season. Also I have seen her littering her cigarette butts on the street.
