  I'd never have thought I'd ever say having an IUD placed, flu shot and pap all on the same day could be a pleasant experience, but here I am! Everyone I spoke to from the front office staff to the nurse who assisted me during my appointment were all so nice! Dr Jacobs was absolutely wonderful! She was gentle and made my appointment as comfortable and painless as possible.

  I am very happy with my care at Family Health Associates. The very first day I went for a wellness check, the ARNP discovered something that lead to a surgery less than a month later. Three previous doctors had not gotten it correct. I now feel so much better. I was then set up with Dr. Honey and I couldn't be more happy. He really listens and takes the time to establish rapport.
  
  My entire life I've been very afraid of physicians and have avoided getting care unless the situation was dire. I can't emphasize enough how dumb that is. Make an appointment if you think something isn't right. Family Health Associates will take care of you.
  
  P.S. Very old reviews comment on the wait time. I've now been here maybe 10 times and I can't say I've ever waited longer than maybe 5 minutes. The waiting rooms have very few people in them and the staff up front is incredible. I was also pleasantly surprised that they have a lab on site so you don't have to go & wait at PeaceHealth to get your blood drawn. THAT'S wait time!

  I went for the first time today to see Dr. Yoder and she was absolutely fabulous. I was greeted by Lindsey who was warm and friendly. Then the nurse (I forgot her name) who processed me was also absolutely lovely. Dr. Yoder was very, very personable and empathetic to my needs and finally when I had to have my blood drawn by Heather I barely felt a thing. I'm very happy with this clinic and I no longer dread seeing a doctor!
