This morning I was annoyed with my family (just the fact that they require 100% of my attention 100% of the time), and was yearning for personal time that did NOT involve sweating. As much as I despise working out, Lisa Kennedy had me smiling, laughing and enjoying life in less than 15 minutes. Yes, she is helping my body shed those pregnancy pounds but equally as rewarding is how much she makes me smile and turns my day around. Treating myself to a personal trainer through NW Body Management was the BEST present I ever gave myself. I recommend you do the same.
