Dr. Pagels is more than amazing! She is honest with me no matter what the issue at hand is. She more than advocates, listens and goes beyond her call of duty when her patients need her most! Her nurses Holly and Renee are very sweet and caring. The staff at North Sound Family Medicine have been nothing but helpful and very sweet from Stephanie and the front desk to Julie and Liz at check out! Sorry to say ladies but you are all stuck with me and my kiddos as a patients for life! ;-)
