Great bikes and super owner and staff. When I needed an adjustment to fit Michael quickly changed out a handlebar stem to make rides more comfortable. The Kona bikes are great and feel durable yet responsive. It was clear that the shop wanted us to have the right fit and the right bikes to enjoy our rides on beautiful Lopez Island.

Revised Review.......The owner Michael contacted me about this review and wanted to make it right for us. There was communication issues on both sides that were encountered. We were late getting to the island due to airplane/ferry issues and Village wasn't aware of our situation which made them think we were not coming. That lead to the bad review on my part. We ended up renting a car for the time here instead of bikes and thats not what we wanted initially but it turned out ok. Michael made it up to us by giving us a free rental for a day. Thanks to the owner for his caring and understanding. My review stands corrected .....

Made our reservations for 8 bikes back in May for a end of July week reservation. Family get together. Got to Lopez late last night and they gave me “second rate” bikes today. Told me they had another reservation that took presidence over us. We got $30 a day bikes that were not good. Guy didn’t even say anything to us and just dumped bikes in the yard. Bikes were in yard for who knows how long before we saw them. Poor, poor service .... not happy at all with this company. Advise using other company.

The owner of this shop was extremely hospitable when my boyfriend and I walked in over new year's weekend. We ended up renting a tandem for the weekend which was in excellent condition. And he entrusted us to return the bike outside shop hours so we could enjoy the most riding time. Thanks so much :) I highly recommend this shop!

Super friendly folks. Competitive prices. Great bikes. No reason not to go here!
