(May 10, 2019, 12:19 am)Restaurant on the back side of the store building. There is a bike rack at the back of the parking lot; it's visible from deck tables.
Menu selection was fine for lunch, even though some of the items weren't available when we were there. My classic burger was quite tasty; done correctly. The salad was fresh, crispy, with just right amount of dressing. Service was friendly, attentive, helpful, with a big smile. The pork that was in the smoker smelled great. Bummer we couldn't have any.
We wanted a place to rest and get some food on this quieter part of the island, and we were pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth a visit. -

(February 4, 2019, 4:24 am)We are new Lopez Island residents and this market and cafe restaurant is quickly becoming a favorite spot. The dishes are amazingly gourmet but in no way pretentious - just delicious. The chef, Jess, is a tiny powerhouse of talent. Everyone who works there, either in the market or the restaurant, is very friendly. Clearly they all enjoy their work.

(July 13, 2018, 2:08 am)While visiting Lopez Island over a long weekend, we came across this place near a fire station. This is a less expensive place to buy ice! They do have 1 or 2 gas pumps if you need a fill up while exploring Lopez. The workers were very nice and helpful. The firewood bundles were a bit more expensive than the store in Lopez Village.
