(June 21, 2018, 12:10 am)We got so lucky today and saw the J-pod orcas swimming through. The light house is a great spot to look for the orcas, porpoises, and seals.
Orcas are not on a set schedule so be prepared not to see any, we saw the first ones in 5 days. It all depends on the salmon. -

(November 21, 2017, 10:39 pm)We just kayaked by. It was a cool looking lighthouse, fairly low to the water, looks very quaint and fun. I'm not much of a lighthouse person, but this one seemed pretty neat.
