Tram Haus Lodge

Jay is a bit of a dream place for me. We came in the summer for the water park (kids!) and were not disappointed. The facilities were lovely and the rooms were well appointed. The place is seriously lovely, if a bit expensive. There were a couple of embarrassing foibles that made me not give it 5 stars: we had a broken stove, a broken Keurig that left our counter soaked, and the room wasn't cleaned to our desires when we arrived. We stayed in the Tram Haus, and the room designs were fantastic, but... shouldn't have to deal with multiple failures for the price paid. I hope to visit in the winter and see about a five star review...

Clean and modern ski lodge. Rooms are spacious and the beds are above average. Shower as always in a well water region leaves much to be desired. Staff is friendly and helpful. We're hear for a spring hockey tournament but access to the ski lifts from the Tram Haus Lodge must be ideal in the ski months.

It was very nice... the only thing is it was quite expensive. Very easy to access the water park.. I highley suggest going to Clips and Rails, just get on a shuttle bus and go:)

We stayed for a three day ski trip. The room we booked was a two bedroom suite. The room was clean and the layout was nice. We brought our own food so the full kitchen was a big plus. It is really nice to be able to ski out the back of the hotel and take the lift to the summit. The water park was fun for the family. I would go back but the cost was a lot so I will need to wait till next year.

Great 3 day stay at Tram Haus Lodge. From the front desk to valet and housekeeping, our stay could not have been better. On top of that conditions were excellent even during the cold weather. Coming back to stay next year for sure.
