(August 7, 2019, 3:36 pm)I had a great experience with Northpoint. Melinda was the salesperson to help with my purchase and she is great! She was friendly, funny and genuine. She immediately stopped what she was doing to help me, she presented numerous choices when I told her what I had to spend and what I was looking for and needed in a new vehicle. She is a great representative of Northpoint and as a Woman in this very competitive field that typically consists of Men. I think the Men there could learn from her approach!
As for the financial part of the purchase I dealt with Bobbie Jo, who also is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. She did everything she could to get me in my new Jeep for the best price...she also patiently waited while I occupied her office for the better part of an hour while dealing with a VERY SLOW insurance representative!
It means a lot when you dont fall into the typical "salesman" experience and feel like the only thing that matters is their commission! Thank You Northpoint, In my opinion having Women like Melinda and Bobbie Jo on your team is the one of the reasons your customer experience stands out from the rest!

(June 3, 2019, 12:33 pm)Quick and easy, Bobbi Jo is very quick to understand and then apply what she can to save the customer time and money. Maurice delivered 100% and then some. Amazing selection. Clean service area and courteous and patient staff round out a great dealership.

They got me in a very clean car, at the price I wanted while making the whole experience fun and relaxing. All staff were friendly and helpful.
