I was able to use a car rental facility that was not the “pre-approved” dealer, as I wanted to be able to get a rental car with winter tires. When it’s January in Vermont, you need winter tires! He totally understood and supported that idea. He checked in, even when there wasn’t any new information to relay or gather, but genuinely wondering if everything was going ok. I highly recommend Mark and State Farm.
