After dealing with another vendor which had the worst customer service ever, I was referred to Bianchi Memorials. Rudy made the process so simple after letting him know what I wanted. He made sure everything was as I requested, was friendly and gave me good advice. I highly recommend Bianchi Memorials for their caring, friendly and good customer service as well as the quality of their work.
