(January 2, 2018, 4:25 pm)I called Allen on New Year’s Day at 7pm. I had a burst pipe and water flooding the basement. I left a message and called four other companies, none of whom could come out. He called back within half an hour, came out promptly and had me up and running 45 minutes later. He was professional, courteous and calm in the face of my absolute panic. I appreciated him coming out so quickly when nobody else would. I would recommend him and plan to use his business for future projects.
