They inspected it before installation, informed me of defects they found, and recommended I send it back, since the manufacturer (not The Brick) made several errors. Jeff & Tim have my upmost respect. I was able to order another fridge without any problems. Kudos to the Brick for your great customer service & especially Jeff & Tim on their delivery service, & making sure customers are always given a quality product.

(November 29, 2020, 3:14 pm)We are so happy with our experience at the Brick with Cathy Vautour as our sales associate. We were greeted almost immediately by Cathy. She was very knowledgeable about the appliance we were purchasing and helped us decide on what would be the best option for us! She has a wonderful sense of humour and was so easy to work with! We definitely recommend her. As well you can see the other sales staff all have a great working relationship with one another making the environment so pleasant to be in. Thanks Cathy and team for the great service!

We met Cathy (sales associate) during our recon mission a couple weeks prior with the intent to be in and out come Black Friday. She was very helpful and let us know the ins and outs of the entire process. Her product knowledge was top shelf but what really stood out was her customer service skills. We took her card and sought her out as soon as it was time to buy. Everything went seamless. I was more than happy after spending 5 figures on Black Friday (which could be a very stressful situation for some). Special shout out to boss lady Nicole for her help as well. Bottom line is go see Cathy if you're buying from the Brick. She's the epitome of great sales person. We have other purchases to make very soon and we will happily deal with Cathy again. 6/5 stars for me.
